This book was absolutely adorable and funny! I’ve always loved paranormal themes like ghosts, witches, and the like—so stories like this are definitely my kind of thing. I also really enjoyed the farm setting and the goats; it reminded me of my childhood summers spent at my grandparents’ place. They had a harvest field along with chickens and ducks, and I would help out and play with the animals—minus the ghost (at least, I hope there wasn’t one ;) ). The only thing that bothered me a bit was how often Charlie reminded Gretchen that she was a con artist just scamming people. That repetition felt a little overdone. Overall, though, I really enjoyed the book and the cozy farm vibes. P.S. If I were a ghost cursed to live 100 years on the same field, I’d definitely watch all the TV dramas too :)
