Wenn eine Geschichte weihnachtlich ist, dann die! Mich hat die Geschichte von Nikolas komplett überzeugen können. Die Charaktere sind total vielseitig, dir Storyline unterhaltsam (auch für erwachsene) und der Humor des Autors auf fast jeder Seite spürbar. Sprachlich hatte ich absolut keine Probleme und musste nur ganz selten mal ein Wort nachschlagen. Für (Englisch-) Anfänger meiner Meinung nach geeignet. Fazit: Das Buch hat mir super gut gefallen, sodass es jetzt zu meinen liebsten Weihnachtsbücher zählt. Die anderen Weihnachtsbücher des Autors werde ich über die nächsten Jahre hinweg auf jeden Fall lesen.

Erstmal muss ich sagen, dass das Buch mega schön und weihnachtlich aussieht und die Illustrationen auch sehr süß sind.🥰 Ich fand die Geschichte sehr schön, wobei sie in der Mitte gefühlt so ihre Längen hatte, obwohl das Buch eigentlich nicht sehr dick ist. Dafür war das Ende einfach nur herzerwärmend! Genau das, was ich von so einem Buch erwarte, wenn ich es sehe😍Es ist ein tolles Buch für zwischendurch in der Weihnachtszeit!✨🎄

Viel gibt es zu diesem Buch eigentlich nicht zu sagen. Es ist eine nette, liebevolle und lustige Geschichte mit witzigen Illustrationen über den Nikolaus/Santa Claus/Father Christmas und der Erfindung von Weihnachten. Kann man prima in der hektischen Adventszeit lesen und vorlesen.

Ein Junge namens Weihnacht ist eine wunderschöne Geschichte über Weihnachten, Herzensgüte und Wunder. Sie ist sehr liebevoll erzählt; aus der Sicht eines Kindes, das an das Gute in allem glaubt. Auch ist sie stellenweise sehr traurig. Wer mal eine etwas andere Geschichte über die Entstehung des Weihnachtsmannes lesen will, sollte sich diese auf jeden Fall ansehen. Auch die Illustrationen sind sehr schön.

If the story wasn't good I could still very well use it as a stunning Christmas decoration. But luckily, the story was more than good. (but I still use it as Christmas decoration :D) This was the best Christmas book I ever read and I cannot wait to read it again! (I really want to add so many christmassy emojis into this review but unfortunately I can't. So just imagine them please.) It's been a while since I've last felt so much HATE for a character but Aunt Karlotta is really the epitome of cruel in this book and I hated her so much. I've read this book a year ago and still bristle with rage for her. And I actually found everything surrounding Aunt Karlotta to be a bit too dark and brutal for children. I LOVED the writing style of this book to pieces. On the one hand it's so easy to read but it's also incredibly beautiful written with a lot of thought put into it and this just makes the reading experience so magical. I really did not want this book to end. This book made me feel all the emotions and even made me cry in the end because I was so sad that this beautiful christmassy story was over now. (Although there are two sequels to it.) I just grew so emotionally attached to this book and its story and it really touched me deeply. CONCLUSION I am just beyond in love with this cover. I think that every proper Christmas book should have glitter on its cover. *-* And I actually prefer the paperback cover to the one of the hardcover. I loved this book so so much. It's the most festive and most christmassy book I've ever read and I really didn't want it to end. It's such a heartwarming, beautiful, and thoughtful story that goes so deep and is so so lovely. What more can I say? I just adored every aspect of this book so so much. RATING I merrily award this book with 5 out of 5 Christmas stars.

Ein riesen Highlight! Ich habe dieses Buch von Seite 1 an so geliebt! Die Geschichte ist so herzerwärmend, spannend, unterhaltsam, vermittelt wurderbare Werte und Ideen und macht dies ganz unauffällig mit den großartigen Charakteren. Es kam so richtig Weihnachtsstimmung auf und ich kann Teil 2 kaum erwarten!

I loved this so much. This is a truly magical book, amd I wish this book would've existed when I was a child so that I could have been swept away by the magic in this book. Of course, it still made me feel super warm and fuzzy still, and it put a smile on my face many times. Definite recommend to everyone!
