can't believe how this was just MY kind of book!! i loved every second. such a page turner, such an entertaining novel, and yet, full of important, very complex thoughts. i'd say it's a book for everyone. it's accessible and talks about the different mechanisms of racism, passing and identity in a nuanced and beautiful way.
