Nachdem mich das Ende von Band 3 nicht soo überzeugt und eher verwirrt hat, wusste ich nicht, was mich in diesem Buch erwartet. Mir hat‘s deutlich besser gefallen als All In!🥹 Bis auf eine Sache, die ich em Ende gerne geändert hätte, hat mir die Storyline, die Plottwists, etc. wirklich richtig gut gefallen!🫶🏼 Bin ein wenig traurig, dass ich mit der Reihe durch bin🥲

Woah.. This series and then THIS BOOK JUST WOW like really this so is way way like way good than previous. So good. *solid claps for Jennifer Lynn Barnes I finished this book in less than 24hrs says everything. The rollercoaster this book take you is ssoooo good This book series has gone on my most favorite can't get enough shelf. I am gonna miss these characters and the series so much. *perfecto

Auch der vierte und damit letzte Teil der Naturals-Reihe hat mich von Anfang an gefesselt, sodass ich dieses Buch ebenfalls nicht aus der Hand legen konnte. Spannung, unerwartete Wendungen und tolle Charaktere machten das Buch zu einem Pageturner. Auch die Bonus-Novelle Twelve war spannend und diesmal durch die Charakterentwicklung etwas anders. Generell ist die Reihe für jeden, der gerne Mystery-Krimis liest und spannende Rätsel löst.

I really liked the other books in the series so I felt kinda let down by this one. A lot of characters were introduced that I didn’t really care about. The thing with Lia and Michael (is that his name?) seemed underdeveloped and lowkey boring. The plot was hard to follow at the end and some of the realisations relied on coincidence so that’s a bummer. All in all, even though the ending was decent, it didn’t have the emotional effect on me that I hoped for. Spoilers ahead! I'm so confused as to what was going on with the cult?! Why do they use the Fibonacci sequence? Why only these limited number of digits of the Fibonacci sequence? Who started it? Why was it started? How did they come up with this Phytia and Five stuff? Idk if I missed anything but it just felt underexplained. The „I love you“ scene felt weird? She just killed her mother? Maybe right now is not the time for love declarations? I mean, you want it to be a happy memory, right? And the grandma, even though I get that she was supposed to be funny, felt like a caricature to me. She had no bearing on the plot, her character isn’t explored nor is her relationship with the protagonist which could have given her depth.

Ich habe zwar noch die Novella zu lesen, aber trotzdem bin ich traurig dass die Reihe vorbei ist. Die fünf Teenager der Gruppe sind so unterschiedlich und eigen, aber wie sie in den vier Büchern zusammengewachsen sind ist unglaublich schön. Der Plot mit Celine war wirklich interessant und hat im Nachhinein auch unglaublich viel Sinn gemacht. Am Anfang war ich einfach nur irritiert warum die sich jetzt darum kümmern. Der eigentliche Plotpunkt mit dem Cult war schon interessant, aber er hat mich nicht so in den Bann gezogen wie die drei Büchern davor. Irgendwann haben mich die ganzen Namen verwirrt. Ich konnte nicht sagen wer mit wem in Verbindung stand oder wie die sich kannten. Das letzte Drittel war spannend und einige Sachen die aufkamen waren überraschend. Besonders was der einen Person durch den Kopf ging war interessant! Wie genau der Konflikt gelöst wurde war traurig aber nachvollziehbar. Ich freue mich jetzt noch auf die Novelle und kann die Reihe jedem von Herzen empfehlen!

I love these characters and their story so much. I highly recommend this series to everyone. I do wish that I‘d gotten more Cassie and Dean in the Novella but still. Perfect 🫶 Edit: Its a couple of days later and I sadly need to rank it down half a star. Just because it doesn’t have the same effect on me as the other books :/ still highly recommend it

Die Idee dahinter - talentierte Jugendliche arbeiten fürs FBI - finde ich immer noch super, aber der Fall, der im Prinzip durch alle Bücher läuft, war mir zu extrem. Natürlich werde ich aber noch die zugehörige Novelle lesen. Dann widme ich mich aber lieber mal wieder anderen Autor*innen.
