I read the Twilight saga straight when it came out in German and I loved it.. But looking back I just cant give it 5 stars bc now I realize that the story isn't that good ..
I liked the first one as a young adult book. I disliked the second one for stupidity and missing plot and character development. I disliked the third one not as much as the second one because of slightly more plot. I think the last one is absolutely terrible. No plot, the figures don't deserve the description "character", terrible depiction of gender-issues, especially marriage and maternity.
