I really like books that combine theory with stories about successful application and this book is basically exactly that. The whole idea about OKR and CFR is nothing new and it is absolutely clear why they have the benefits the stories let you believe. I wanted to give a worse rating, when I closed in to the last pages and then I've seen the appendixes which include a more programatic way of how to actually create OKRs. Having alignment through all ranks is probably something that is pretty decent to have.
