It was a really good book, I really enjoyed it! The characters were not _that_ likeable tho. I would have liked the story more if it was entirely from the pov of Helen and Mr, Markham having been cut out altogether. I don’t really like him and didn’t care for their romance. But besides that it was a very interesting book in regards of Victorian marriages and women’s quiet suffering
