Well, this series never ceases to surprise me. This time we really got a fairy tail - with a fairy godmother to explain what is required to turn your normal customers to raving fans. Although the fairy thing along with the dedication to golf - surely a must-have to be a manager - the ideas transported in its guts are really straight forward and can be applied quite easily.
