4,5 ⭐️ Wie konnte ich dieses Buch so lange liegen lassen??! Es war mindestens genauso gut wie das erste, hatte aber leider so bei etwa 40 % für rund 50 Seiten ein bisschen zu wenig Abwechslung, weshalb ich es monatelang nicht weitergelesen habe. Aber falls jemand Lust auf ein Mittelalter-Werwolf-Buch hat, muss man diese Reihe lesen!! Ich weiß gar nicht, wie ich bis September warten soll..
I'm so conflicted with this. There was definitely more plot in here than in the last book, but somehow, it didn't speak to me. While in the first book the setting was really intriguing, I was extremely annoyed by Aurora here. She wants to be strong and independent and treated like an equal, but 5 minutes later she finds herself in a predicament and is looking for a big, strong man to save her. I'm also not a big fan of the "a dozen men trying to get to one woman because she's oh so special" plot.
2,5 stars. It’s sooo predictable - but somehow I still read it.
I don‘t know where to start… how good is this story ?!! I love this book so much! So many plot twists… the bravery and strength of the heroine… the chemistry between Blake and his „little rabbit“… aaaah! I love Blake’s character so much! His charisma, sarcasm and sense of humour, his intelligence and witt! I can’t wait for the last book auf this trilogy!
Well I like the characters and the setting, I thought there will be more action with Blake, there was too much Aurora and Callum, like almost half the book. I am definitely a Blake fan so he really came short here. I will continue reading the series as I really want to see what happens next.
