Unfortunately for Aurora, once I found out she’s a “wellness & positivity influencer” I couldn’t really take her seriously anymore. Like..nope. Aurora seemed also to go through several personalities over the course of under 400 pages. She started off nice and well behaved and then decided to act on her wild side and then basically switch back & forth. The pacing was wild throughout the book and inconsistent. So much so, that I wasn’t sure if there was a time jump to the past somehow. At the end of the book, both Aurora & Wyatt’s ex-partners showed up at the ranch and this whole somewhat-drama that went along with it was very unnecessary. I’m lost why neither Aurora nor Wyatt told them to leave. Especially Aurora..girl what. Anyway, I will be reading book two.
