This was fun and exactly what I needed to read after Alchemised. <spoiler> I am always a sucker for a shifter fantasy fated mate kind of thing, so yeah, this book was very enjoyable for me. I honestly did not expect much and was given back accurately. It was kind of hard to get into the fmc's head because one minute she's like "Okay, I need to escape and get away from everyone and everything" but then the next she's like "I love it here". I don't know, I don't feel like I know her too well. In the beginning she was really giving off silent, badass untouchable wolf shifter, but somewhere in the middle she became quirky and sassy and lovable. I couldn't quite get on board with the whole character change. Kellan's your typical golden boy, I mean, it literally is his nickname in this book. Hunter's your possessive daddy. And the other two, we haven't really gotten a chance to connect with them yet. Slade's a tech genius and likes motors, Finley's only personality so far is hockey. Yep. </spoiler> Will I be continuing this series? Yep.
