leave it to Kennedy Ryan to write the most heartbreakingly beautiful romance novels. she just never fails to write about a strong, independent and incredibly inspiring woman. And a man that frankly is to good to be true. Which is why he isn’t true. Neevah Saint is the kind of woman with whom you want to hang out. Just because she’s just so incredible and enchanting as a person. The kind to bake cookies for everyone. The kind who can get along with just everyone. If someone would ask me what character personifies the sunshine trope best? It would absolutely without a doubt be her. She’s exactly what I want. Not those immature childish leads that get advertised as sunshiny. I want the kind that no matter what life throws at her she gets through it and never looses her light. And Canon. Well I just want one for myself. He’s perfect, the only way to describe him. Incredibly talented, a vision that is inspiring. A gentlemen and sweetheart once you cracked his cold and broody shell. The way, how he works on set was described, made me feel some type of way. The razor sharp focus on every detail. The perfectionism. Giving his all. Damn that was hot. But beneath that… he has a heart reserved for Neevah and Neevah alone. Which I respect. Only because those two where so freakin cute and adorable and they made me feel all kind of emotions throughout the book. Kennedy Ryan just writes beautiful books and thats it. No more words. If you want to read something with emotions and feelings and just an amazing romance between incredible people with some meaningful moments and emotional ones and also some heavy aspects with a deep impact ? Then read this. It’s just perfect and I wouldn’t change a single word in this book. It has everything. And nothing bad. No immatureness, unnecessary drama or stupid miscommunications or plot-aspects for the sake of plot. Just pure feelings and emotions of two people falling for each other against all odds. And so much more. 5
