"Because even though I'm unlucky with you feel even unluckier without you.' I really LOVED this Book. It was my fav out of all the three books. Rafe the man you are. The groveling, the yearning, the way he talks about her, the way he broke EVERY SINGE rule for her… Just wow. Bare minimum! I lowkey have fallen fr in love with him. And Pen the WOMEN you are. A round of applause for our queen. I loveeeeee loveee LOVE how she let him grovel and the fact that she never held back. She truly deserves the best after everything our baby went trough. And plus points for the crumbles we got to see of Rory and Angelo. I am obsessed with the fact how he treats her and how far they got. I feel like a proud mommy. Now that also Gabe‘s Book was announced i can’t wait for it hihiih!

I'm absolutely in love with this book; The perfection in every page feels almost criminal. I couldn't help but grin and giggle throughout (except for the sad parts, naturally). Book 2 was a significant upgrade from the already loved book 1, filling in what the first book seemed to miss. Every moment with this book was pure joy, brimming with positive emotions. I couldn't spot a single flaw; it's an obsession, and Penny and Rafe now own my heart and soul—I'm not complaining, not at all! Penny is an absolute icon. Her ability to make him beg for forgiveness after a night's encounter is simply regal—what a queen! Her strength and resilience, despite a heart-wrenching past, make her an incredible character. I'll truly miss reading her perspective. Oh, let's talk about Rafe! Angelo was great, but Rafe took things to a whole new level! His obsession with her was almost too good to believe—he craved to be with her in a way that's hard to match. A man like him is what I'd want—willing to go to great lengths for her, even bringing back a finger as a memorable token. Switching to vodka from whiskey just because Penny disliked it? Iconic move! He went above and beyond to prove he's different from the dark figures of her past, seeking advice on proper groveling, and it's utterly endearing. Perfection is an understatement for him, as were the countless heart-melting moments they shared. Waiting until the 60ish% mark of the second book for their first kiss was nothing short of everything! The rain-soaked kiss was beyond amazing—she wanted it that way, and he made it happen. It's the kind of romance that has me on my knees! He let her use all his money, not for forgiveness, but to prove his genuine love. Breaking every rule for each other—my heart couldn't handle the beauty of their love story. The soulmate connection they share, intertwined by 'bad luck,' is truly mesmerizing. The belief that they were doomed, not destined to be together, adds such depth to their story. The more you ponder over their relationship, the clearer it becomes— they're a perfect match! This book has a tight grip on you, and it seems escaping is out of the question.

6/5⭐️ I am speechless! I‘m processing this Story for like three days now. I didn’t expect THAT. Like..it was perfect. Everything. The Plot from Pennys past wasn’t that big like I thought, but afterwards I think exactly that was perfect. Like in the other books, there wasn’t much „Mafia“, but it was clearly enough, it was also very good. BUT RAFE AND PENNY.. THEY GOT ME A SECOND TIME. It was romantic, it was breathtaking, it was truly a masterpiece of words. Their love is so wonderful, so warming, I giggled so many times and when Penny and Rafe weren't in touch I fell in love with Rory even a little bit more. She is a unique character! Rory and Angelo are really perfect for each other, but what I liked at least as much was the friendship between Rory and Rafe. When they watched Trash TV I almost fell out of my bed because it was SO FUNNY! And it's hard to believe, but I think it's such a shame that Matt doesn't get his own book because he's really one of a kind. Just like all side characters! I really loved every single second and every single word of this book. And I'm so extremely excited about Gabe, because he's really a mystery to me, but I've also grown very fond of him. i dont know how Somme Sketcher does it. If she found a way to put drugs in her writings. But reading her books makes me feel high in the best way possible. “If I drown, you’re drowning with me. If you burn, I’m burning too. Pick your route to hell, Rafe. The destination and the company are the same.” I said it already in my review for Sinners Condemned but I adore Penny. And I’m madly obsessed with Rafe. The book takes off right where we left. And takes you on a journey that leaves you in a hot-cold bath between amused and laughing your ass of to hot and sweating in the course of seconds. Penny still is the badass lead I love to read about it and I’m sure we all fell in love with in the first book. She continues to amaze me with her sassy lines and jokes and unwillingness to let anything drag her down. And in the other side of this hot pair - Raphael Visconti. The second brother of the brother trio that i fell in love with head over heels in Sinners Condemned. He managed to make me faint within the first few pages into the book. Like I said - Somme Sketcher has put some drugs into her books. I can’t explain it otherwise. I devoured this the second I had my copy and time went by in a blur whilst I was enjoying the shit out of Rafe and Pennys teasing, fucking and their bets. I was giggling. Smiling. Screaming. Crying. I experienced all the feelings reading this. These two make for a dangerous combination. A thrilling pair. An smoking hot couple with some amazing banter and some damn girl lines being thrown at each other’s heads. [yes some are damn boy ]. And some very satisfying moments when you are just in awe of the badassness of Penny and Rafe. [yes this is now a word.] Prepare for dialogues with just the right amount of everything. Humor. Tension. Bets and lots of bets. Intriguing rewards. Their interactions? worthy of an award. And lets just say. All the teasing in the first part of their journey finally got to an end. Prepare for some really hot scenes that will demand a bath in holy water afterwards. ….so basically everything we experienced and loved about them in the first part of the duet is back again with even more spice and game. The characters slayed to the moon and back. As did the romance. And the spice. And the plot. A thrilling and exciting second book in this duet that creates a worthy finale of their story. ——————second read: I will never get over Penny and Rafe. My comfort characters till I die. 5
