“Well, I better put some clothes on,” I said. “Put on your scent blocker, too,” he said, and I knew my face was bright red from the warmth creeping up my cheeks. “I know my scent is gross,” I said awkwardly, staring at my bare feet. “But no need to be so rude.” He tilted my chin up with his finger. I wanted to be anywhere but here. “Your scent is the complete opposite of gross,” he said. “In fact, I’m holding back from completely rutting you.”
I loved this one... But I will come to this in a second. The lovestory of a popstar and her bodyguard(s) isn't really new in the world of romance, but the package in this world was quite nice. Everyone of the pack had it's unique Charakter and I enjoyed everyone of them. Ryder even got his own little character development the more they fell in love. The part with the kidnapping was a foreseen butbl exiting change of events, even tough it didn't last long. ... till they escaped with her. Up then, there actually was just rutting her and not much more to Charakter development and story. Olivia is still at the OBC and it was like Lacy did forget about her. I mean, she is her best friend and now wasn't even part of her wedding? How could Lacy not care? :(
