It started of strong (who doesn’t like a fake lord who murders another fae because he assumed they stole his clothes?) but turned kind into something average. I think whether someone likes it or not is due to personal preference. I liked the characters but I was not a fan of the main conflict. Personally if people get romantically and emotionally involved with another, I think talking with each other should be possible and should not lead to an exaggerated conflict. (Also can we just talk about that „the worst“ that can theoretically happen in these romances is getting pregnant, like are there no STDs in this world?) Nevertheless I will read the other books I’m this series and will see if I like these more.
