I really liked Caleb and Gray’s story. This is one of those books where the focus is more on the couple than the storyline itself, but I honestly didn’t mind. The development of their relationship was great, especially since they couldn’t stand each other at first but slowly started to care for one another and seek each other out. I also liked the beginning, when Gray was attacked at work and Caleb had to take care of him 🤭 The romance was extremely good and somehow realistic, if that makes sense. Many authors skip over preparing their partner, but not in this book. Nurse Caleb made sure his man was ready for him. Be like Caleb!🙂‍↕️There were quite a few spicy scenes, and they were all super hot. Caleb being a stripper sometimes made the scenes even hotter. I also loved the part where they switched because there's nothing sexier than a couple who switches 🥵 The stepbrother aspect didn't play an important role, which was sad, but it didn't make the book bad. As I said, I really enjoyed Caleb and Gray’s relationship—their dynamic, chemistry, development, and, of course, love. Everything was well done, which is why I would recommend this book!

DNF bei 49% Was als vielversprechende Stepbrothers Enemies-to-Lovers Idee daherkommt, stellt sich schnell als totaler Reinfall heraus. Der Stiefbrüder-Teil kommt überhaupt nicht rüber, da beide bereits erwachsen sind und die Familie quasi nicht vorkommt. Die Feindschaft kauft man beiden auch irgendwie nicht ab und warum sie dann doch in der Kiste landen ist nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar. Sterne 2/5 Tränen 0/5 Spice 2/5

Willow Dixon kann einfach Geschichten schreiben. Ich mochte die komplette Dynamik zwischen den Protagonisten und die Offenheit. Beide haben miteinander gestochen und waren ehrlich. Das Ende war etwas kurz abgehandelt, da hätte ich mir noch ein paar mehr Zeilen gewünscht, aber nichtsdestotrotz ist das wirklich ganz toll.
