Into darkness was the fifth and last novel in the children of D’hara series. While I did like it, I have to say that it overall felt like lazy writing at times. Nothing was really surprising, you were never really worried, cause you knew somehow in a miracle way, Richard and the others would find ways for the perfect happy ending. A lot felt super anticlimactic and just … boring. But the end of the fifth novel also felt like the end of all the others. There was no real … closure. It just felt off.
