Obviously they didn't mention things immediatly but still, they talked. I kind of liked it. The daddy kink felt weird. Apart from the fact that it's just not my kink, I usually can ignore it if it at least makes sense to the story. But here, I don't know, for me it didn't make sense. Other than that, i enjoyed the story.
