YES YES UND NOCHMAL YES!! Das ist bisher mein Jahreshighlight. DAS war wirklich enemies to lovers. Die Tension war da, der Hass ALLES!😭 Voll schade, dass es vorbei ist. Und mir fällt tatsächlich NICHTS NEGATIVES ein. I need more books like this.😩
I didn’t expect to like this book that much but i did. It was a second chance trope about Kingsley and aspen and their twisted relationship. I have to say, that the tension between these two was soooo good and the story surrounding them was really interesting to read. I loved reading about aspens relationship with her daughter Gwen and how she and Kingsley found each other again after so many years. Even the past chapters were really good. Usually I don’t like them as much because they rarely contribute to the story but it totally made sense. I also liked seeing all the characters again from previous Rina Kent books.

I loved this book with all my heart. I may have cried a bit though. I love Kingsley. He’s sure as shit one of my top Rina Kent men. And Aspen is a fucking goddess. Love her.
Leider gar nicht meins
Habe viel gutes über das Buch und die Autorin gehört .. hat mir aber leider gar nicht zugesagt. Der Streibstil war so lala. Den Inhalt fand ich sehr schlecht gemacht. Keine gute Handlung keine richtige Geschichte dahinter. Keine gute Dark Romance. Sehr kontrovers. Hat mir nicht gefallen :(

this is the best book out of the Empire series!! I love Aspen and she deserves so much better. God I wish I could read it again for the first time already…
