The FMC is suicidal so if that’s a problem for you, really don’t read it, but I think this book is written so good and realistic! The story is just so heartbreaking, I literally cried several times. The book shattered my heart in pieces before setting it back together. I LOVED IT! And will for sure continue reading this series.

Das Buch hatte leider nicht meinen Geschmack getroffen. Die Protagonisten waren zwar sympathisch, aber die Umsetzung der Geschichte gefiel mir nicht so gut. Die Idee war zwar vielversprechend, jedoch wurde sie meiner Meinung nach nicht gut umgesetzt. Der Schreibstil war zwar leicht verständlich, was den Einstieg erleichterte.

I really loved the idea of the book! It has so much potential! But I kinda missed some depth in it. This whole book is happening in a couple of days. I know it's the book title. But it's just a very short time for all the stuff that happens. I think it's very unrealistic. I know.. It's a book it doesn't have to be realistic. But for me it was hard to keep up with the development. For me it was foreseeable and I predicted the ending by about 10% in the book. I'm not a native English speaker. It's my third language I learned. There where a lot of mistakes in that book, which made it harder for me to read it. I really wanted to love this book but it hasn't reached my expectations. I love the idea and I'm glad that mental illnesses are slowly off limits. People finally speak about those topics and that gave the book an extra

Auch ein Jahreshighlight! Also, First of all: Ich liebe Colin. Und zwar so unnormal, das es echt schon nicht mehr normal ist. Klar, er stellt sich das alles am Anfang sehr leicht vor, aber was er alles für sie tut und auf die Ideen auf die er kommt, sind einfach nur zum hinschmelzen. Aaron ist auch so ein genialer Charakter. Auch wenn es am Anfang echt ein Brainfuck war, aber egal. Außerdem finde ich es sehr gut, dass auf so ein wichtiges Thema wie Depressionen eingegangen wird und das es, meiner Meinung nach, sehr gut beschrieben wurde. Kann es nur jeden empfehlen. Ich finde es wirklich abgöttisch gut.

Wasted potential. The assignment plot line was bs, nothing cute about that, just weird af. This ending was so bad. Letting him believe she died? Confusing explanation the second letter was just, idk, unnecessary. Just tell him you’re alive and everything else, why make him suffer longer? On top of that, there was a small chance she might get through with it, because she placed the notebook.. so that would mean Aaron wouldn’t have gotten a letter? Her twin? Wtf.

All das sind die Themen die dieses Buch in einer schönen Geschichte über liebe verpackt. Das Buch ist teilweise etwas kurzweilig, dann gibt es aber wieder Momente wo der Leser in das Geschehen geschmissen wird und dadurch ein neuer handlungsstrang entsteht, welcher das Buch zu Neuem Interesse fördert.
