I'm trying not to say "I would've preferred if the book had been a little more slow burn" on every review, but this one really was quite insta-lusty. I found it unrealistic how she was immediately into her kidnapper. The fact that they're fated mates just proves once again to me that I'm not a big fan of those, though their ether connection was a really cute idea. Otherwise, the book was great. I love weak FMCs like this, I could empathize with her a lot. The fact that her whole family loved her made me really happy, especially after reading many books with shitty families.
