Having a hard time rating this. The first half was really enjoyable and would be a 4 star rating. But then I somehow got bored and struggled with motivation to continue reading. Danny and Charlie were fun and exciting in their beginning phase. Charlie is not a super unique character but enjoyable nonetheless. And Danny is the usual hot CEO I love to read about. But for my taste they got together a tad too early and the story slacked a bit. Since they got together in a way quite fast, there wasn’t that much development for a while which lessened my excitement about the story. And the final ending was… meh. Overall an enjoyable read if you extracts some small aspects that bugged me, but those were just personal preferences. It’s a good written forbidden brothers best friend office romance with the usuals aspects that come along with it. Nothing out of the ordinary but that’s not a bad thing! If you are not too keen on a more slow burn development than this is for you. 3.5
