A cozy read

Natural Twenty by Charlie Novak ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5 stars) I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t really love it either. Natural Twenty is one of those books that’s… fine. A light, sweet love story with some depth and charm — just not really for me. The characters were okay, the setting was cute, and I liked the concept (flower shop owner meets bookshop owner, plus a little Dungeons & Dragons flavor thrown in). But it all just felt a bit too slow and too safe. I found myself skimming more than I wanted to — skipping whole chunks and still knowing exactly what was going on. It’s definitely a cozy read, and if you’re into low-angst romances with soft characters and a gentle pace, you might really enjoy it. But for me, there just wasn’t enough tension or emotional pull to keep me fully engaged. Still, not a bad book. Just not my critical hit. 😉
