Now don’t get me wrong, this is not a bad book! The story itself is really nice and quite relatable (to a certain extent) however the frustration I felt till the end really left me floundering…😮‍💨 It does have a happy ending but the path to this happy ending took its sweet time. 🫢 The relationship between James and Ryan is actually really sweet if you ignore the complicated moments in between but you could see that they truly care for each other (which makes sense if you’ve been best friends for over a decade duh) 🤭 If you like a best friends to lovers trope (with a small cheating trope 🤫) definitely read “Just a bit confusing”! 💞
