Ganz im Ernst seshe ich keune Sympathie für diese Buch, es ist 3/4 ekelig. Ich mag Cole Callahan nicht. Normalerweise mag ich die Tropes, aber das war zu viel. TRIGGER WARNING - Verge… (Somnophillia ist kein Consent, also ganz im Ernst) - Gezwungene Schwangerschaft bei einer 18 Jährigen die es nicht wollte, ja später schon. Aber ob das nur seine Manipulation ist? - Gezwungene Heirat, find ich nicht ok. Passiert genauso in ech auch leider…. Im ganzen hasse ich Cole aber Fallon mag ich, sie is dumm aber besserals er.

SPOILERS The plot was good, but the main characters and their relationship is not it! First of, can we talk about how a 34-year-old man lusts after a 16-year-old girl?? That's not even the worst part about the book. The story of the female main character (Fallon) had so much potential. In the beginning, you get to know her better and get a deeper insight into her. She likes photography and spending time in nature. Also she seems like a 'bad bitch' in the start of the book. Someone who doesn't take shit from anybody. You've got some kind of depth in her character. Well, you had until the male main character (Cole) claimed her. From this point on, she had no depth, and everything just went his way. Even if she was against something, Cole just had to 'play' with her, and she gave in. Cole is just unsympathetic, and it really showed at their wedding. Apart from the fact that he didn't even propose to her and just dragged her with him, he also was completely disrespectful to Fallons dad, who is also his best friend. The worst part of the book was the forced pregnancy. It's not my trope, but that's for each their own. BUT it does bother me even more that he just wants to impregnate her as fast as possible without even considering what Fallon thinks about it. But, just like with everything else too, he just had to 'pleasure' her, and she let it be. The story about the Savage Six and everything that was happening around it was pretty good, and it got me hooked. Unfortunately, most parts of the relationship between Fallon and Cole ruined the book for me. At least he'd do everything to protect her, I have to give him that.
