The concept of the book is easy: put the Joker in Batman's position and see what happens. There's plenty of destruction and chaos - and thus, not so much space for charactization or complexity. If you're looking for over-the-top action sequences and quick plot twists, this is your call. Steve McNiven's art surely delivers (even though the coloring could be better). But if you expect a joyride like The Ultimates or Wanted, you might want to lower your anticipation. Anyway... let's see how the movie adaptation will turn out. :-)
