The story is not about Batman, but about a big part of his world - namely the Arkham Asylum nuthouse. It begins very strong introducing the main characters. The cameos are fun, too. I'm just a bit unhappy about the "magic" twists in the end. Overall a strong and great read. The art is fine, too. Note: you actually don't need to know much about Batman to enjoy this tale.
