Um...... This is a book in which the main character whose point of view of you have been following .............spoilers ahead.......... d i e s before the book ends. The story keeps going, but he is dead... When this happens the book looses all meaning, and the point of reading it is gone. Never in a million years do you expect the point of view character to die. There is no way to be happy or enjoy this event. It is like watching a puppy get run over by a car. How can the main character die while telling their own story? I can't even give this book No Stars, because I liked it up until that moment. That moment is not even the end of the book. You are expected to keep reading after it..... In some strange way, the point of view of the character continues after the scene.... I suppose that is how we are supposed to get closure. It is very unsatisfying. It's like a record that keeps playing in a room with just a dead person.
