Another great book in the Tony Hill and Carol Jordan series. While at first it's about dealing with the emotional aftermath of book 3 between Carol and Tony, it really picks up speed once one of their own goes missing. The end comes with an unexpected and saddening surprise (how could you, Ms McDermid!). Great characters and a plot that keeps you guessing a long time. Well done again!
