If you're not familiar with the yogic tradition, this book is not for you as it is not accurate and will misguide you. The last story sums majority of this book up: a lot of white washing and white centering, often cultural appropriation and majority a complete misunderstanding of yoga. Although some stories might seem like funny anecdotes, they don't honour nor pay respect to the ancient wisdom of yoga. Out of 25 stories, I've bookmarked 4 (including the last one): Jiddu Krishnamurti, Paulo Coelho, Dalai Lama and Thomas Meyer.
