From page one, I was hooked. Caroline Frank delivers a cheeky, heartwarming, and emotionally charged workplace romance that had me flipping pages into the early hours (2am, to be exact), desperate to find out how it would all end. The way Bridget and Will meet is just perfect: a mistaken “reply all” that could’ve been a career-ending disaster instead blossoms into something genuinely special. Their connection starts off light and funny but quickly deepens into a raw and honest friendship—one both of them didn’t know they needed. Will brings a sense of calm and clarity to Bridget’s whirlwind life, and she, in turn, helps him see his own world in a new light. I’ll admit, the story threw me for a loop more than once. Just when I thought I had Will’s big secret figured out, new details would emerge and completely derail my theory. That suspense kept me turning the pages like a woman possessed. And while the mystery kept me invested, the miscommunication between these two had me ready to scream into a pillow. Their ability to not say the things they really needed to say? Frustratingly realistic. Still, watching them grow—both as individuals and together—was so satisfying. The character development was heartfelt and believable, and the story strikes a beautiful balance between playful, steamy, and sincere. My heart was beating fast, breaking, and being stitched back together chapter after chapter. If you’re a fan of The Devil Wears Prada meets You’ve Got Mail, with a bit more spice and a lot of emotional depth, Reply All is a must-read. It’s a clever, romantic, and surprisingly thoughtful exploration of trust, vulnerability, and what it really means to show up for someone. Highly recommend.
