While the first book is more of a fluffy romance, this one is spicy and full of sexual tension. Jacobs and Beck have amazing chemistry from the start. They reminded me a little bit of Anton and Ezra (yes, I read Egotistical Puckboy before I started this – if you haven‘t started these series, my tipp: you should read CU Hockey and then the Puckboys) However, their snarky, humorous banter is something else. They both want to become team captains , and I could feel their rivalry so much. One of my highlights besides Jacobs and Becks great chemistry is Becks sister Baby. She is a badass (I wished there was a book about her too🥺)
