A non-monogamists first start and wikipedia. Offers a good sometimes too short introduction into the idea of non-monogamy. I would've loved the book to be more detailed but I guess the authors wanted to give a little overview to not overwhelm the reader. The writing style is sometimes a little bit cringe-worthy and outdated since they're both older as the normal reader. Good and smart tips on communication I will definitelty use. It felt freeing to read this and I think, when you first start an open relationship, it can make you feel really seen.
