I like assassins, I like witches, how can I not like a whole book about a witch assassin? The character Grimalkin was always intriguing, fearsome reputation and usually just a short, but nevertheless devastating appearance. Nice to read a bit more about her, especially when she tells her story to her 'apprentice', I really like this narrator's role.
