Why do we make bad decisions?
What drives us to make a bad decision and how can we act against this internal drive? Those are the two core concepts in the first half that truly are enlightening. The latter talks about putting the strategies into action and some examples and I feel like the book falls short in this part. It starts to ramble and loses its clear cut seperation while not providing enough information. Sometimes there are nuggets to reflect upon and i appreciate the, but it is not something i expected from this book. You wont stop your bad behavior, but you will know why it exists. This book will show your reasons but is unable to give good guidelines to stop them. I will try anyways. Some things are worth changing and i will reflect upon any nugget to get closer to this goal.
