It’s 3.5 Stars- because i loved the topic of losing a friend so much & it was portrayed so good & heartbreaking and real & I cried while reading some of Cleo’s and laylas story because it was so relatable. But they were also other parts of the story I wasn’t that interested in and I found myself sometimes skimming pages and wanting the parts I was interested in to become the focus again. But overall it was a very enjoyable read & the characters were all really flawed (which I loved !!) & the topic of grief was handled so good & raw. Also the diversity was amazing & while I found Cleo sometimes annoying and pretentious I also liked that about her & she really did have a good character arc & did some reflection & growing up & also that ending was kinda perfect.
