Copy recieved via netgalley First of all, I really liked the setting. There are tons of books about rockstars (who I really love too) but the fashion industry made a really nice change in this book. Set in a casting show similar to Project Runway it was interesting to have a look at designs and fashion in general. At the beginning I was unsure if the chemistry between Julie and Gavin would work for me but then the two really hit it off and there were some really nice hot scenes. Julie was a bit difficult to like for my taste as she was quite distant. Gavin was a real sweetheart and I liked him a lot. I also liked there wasn't some drama from the past which made things unnecessarily difficult. I liked how the autor played with the clishees of casting shows and connected them with the story. This has been my first book in the Chasing the dreams series and I SO am going to read the others.
