I started reading this book and couldn't but it down until the end. Very well written and with lots of twists and turns. Every time I thought I had it all figured out the author surprised me again. The book is about a 10 year old kid who has been living in a basement with his grandmother, father, mother, brother and sister his whole life. He is happy at first, but once he realizes he es being lied to by everyone he wants to get out - and starts to unravel the mysteries and the reasons why they are living in the basement. Definitely worth reading!

Solche Bücher lese ich ja eigentlich nur äußerst selten, aber die Inhaltsangabe hat mich einfach neugierig gemacht und so musste ich es einfach bei Amazon ausleihen. Und das hat sich auch gelohnt. Ich fand es spannend, verstörend, überraschend. Auch wenn mir das Ende nicht zu 100% zugesagt hat, war das ein gutes Buch mit einer wirklich verrückten Geschichte!
