„Successful bright people rarely experience failure, and so they don‘t learn how to learn from that failure.“

A great book about how intelligence tricks you into making mistakes that could‘ve been prevented or thinking you know things even if you don‘t. The content is based on scientific research that explains certain characteristics of such an intelligence trap, like biases, a fixed mindset, lack of awareness, dysrationalia, … very well. Reading this was really interesting and helpful to keep in mind for making less mistakes. It also included the important point that intelligence is not all about your IQ, other skills which can be trained are necessary as well.
