Enemies to lovers gemischt mit mystery. It's a yes. Leichter Tiefganz, Familienkonflikte (oh Wes, warum hängst du so extrem an Mamas Rockzipfel?) Und ein bisschen Mystery. Ich fand die Geschichte gut zu hören, Sprecher waren gut intoniert und verständlich, das Setting hat mir gut gefallen. Die Geschichte fokussiert sehr auf der Romance, mir hätte ein bisschen mehr Plot zum Mystery gefallen. Solide 3.5/5

This was pretty chill. It was cute but like nothing really groundbreaking. I really liked the kind of mystery hunt in a mansion trope, but I wished it was a little more detailed and exciting. For me the most fun parts were when Wes and Nadine discovered new secret parts of the house. I think the ending with the whole uncovered mystery was okay but again nothing really shocking. The ending for the protagonist was cute, don’t know what more to say about it. All in all it was a good audiobook for doing stuff on the side, because just on its own it lacked the spark to keep my full attention.
