I truly did enjoy this book, as there were so many fun little traits about it: First of all, there was the snooping into a wedding culture, totally different from ours. I was beyod impressed about all of this wedding extraverganza ceremonies, traditions ect. (also, how expensive must these festivities have been ???) Would love to attend this kind of event myself too one day haha. However, as someone who knew little to nothing about it, it would have been nice to get a little more information about the individual traditions (thank you TikTok for stepping in). Just so I could have sunken even deeper into it. Let's also not forget about the strong family connection this story entailed. Like, how Zuris parents still supported her to chase after her passion and pulled the strings in the background. Loved that for her! Likewise, the cover of the book is beyond pretty, the author's writing style was very funny and the two main characters interesting. Especially the romance between them was subtle which made it feel realistic to mee. Regarding the side characters though, I would have liked getting a little more insight on them too. Last but not least, it was easy to get through and had the perfect length! And agian, the COVER!
