I want to say I loved it, but I didn't I liked it. I think it's because there was a lot of jumping around through different time lines that I had think about. (I had a hard week, what can I say?) I loved the characters, they were like people I actually know, the story line through the book was interesting. It was also nice to see that they didn't live happily ever after. I thought it was good, not great. I would read the next one though to see what happens.

Wtf. This book confuses me immensely. It's interesting, sure, even though I was annoyed sometimes because I'm not a big fan of love at first sight, and I definitely found the underlying story interesting. Its historic and futuristic parts are very cool, I love the world building and all the other characters besides Katherine and Matthew. I'm a little sad that we did not get to see the two other incarnations of them. I can't think of more right now, because I have so many unanswered questions and I'm pretty sure that the author meant for it to be that way but I'm not quite sure if I like the conclusion of the story, the end goal they were working towards, and so I'm still struggling with these unanswered questions. So, in overall, I enjoyed reading this book but it felt more like fan fiction than anything else (this is definitely not meant in a bad way, fan fiction is just a certain style of story and this book would fit quite neatly in, which is not my personal favourite though).
