The constant switching of POVs made the story feel repetitive, and it would have been more interesting if Ellie had slowly figured out what was really going on instead of everything being so obvious to the reader. Overall, the story felt too perfect and a bit boring. Most conflicts were resolved too easily, and nothing really went wrong. There were also moments that felt unrealistic, like characters repeatedly dropping their phones without noticing. The insta love felt rushed and unbelievable. They’ve known each other for about a week and are already close to confessing their love. By the end, it felt even more unrealistic that all the characters found new partners and were moving in together after just a year.
2.75⭐ Meh, didn't give the cozy fun Christmas vibes I wanted. They were cute together and I liked that they actually got to know each other, had "dates" and meaningful conversations. I also appreciated that there was no spice, since it really wasn't necessary. But besides that I did not enjoy this. Individually I didn't really like the characters, it was rather boring and didn't feel like a Christmas book. I also felt like there was too much unnecessary and unimportant information about things that didn't really matter.
sehr cute romcom christmas story jedoch nicht super tolles 4/5 ⭐️
idk how to feel
This is a quick read. It’s cute but don’t expect any character development or anything

Einfach eine unglaublich sweete Regenbogen Weihnachtsgeschichte. 🫶🏻
Well. It was cute at first. But: It was a bit too long in the end. I hate when there's drama that seems so clearly fabricated and there's no trigger warnings. Trigger warnings should be "emotional abuse" which wouldn't have made me pick up the book because it triggered a lot. I don't know.
