I’m usually not into the pregnancy trope (unless it’s the main trope of the story) but this book (I listened to the audiobook) was so much fun! I had to get used to the surrogate trope but I really enjoyed the story. I liked the two MC and they fit perfect together. The family of Wyatt is heartwarming and the love of Trista for animals is beautiful. The book was funny, spicy and some times serious what I really liked. And can we talk about his niece Everly?! She’s amazing! Last but not least the vibes: small town romance, forbidden love, breeding kink, found family, pregnancy trope, grumpy x sunshine, he falls first 💕

Ich hatte ne verdammt gute Zeit mit diesem Buch, mag den Schreibstil sehr und werde definitiv mehr von der Autorin lesen aber manche Stellen werden für den ein oder anderen etwas too much sein. Die Prota ist plus size und geradeheraus. Sie nimmt sich selbst auf den Arm und das muss man abkönnen wenn man nach diesem Buch greift. Ich fand es insgesamt auch zu lang, weil ich bei den letzten 50 Seiten das Interesse verloren habe. Ingesamt würd ich s aber trotzdem empfehlen und es ist perfekt für alle die auf Cowboy Romance stehen denn dieses Buch spielt auf einer Ranch & wir haben hier einige sehr süße Tiere die auch ne Rolle spielen. Hab’s sehr genossen! :)
