4 stars it was good, but I couldn't get myself to read it very fast, even though it is a short book. It's a hard story to read with many triggering stuff happening - the social worker in me didn't want to believe that this was a memoir and not fiction. I don't know if it's out of self-preservation or what but I couldn't retain much of the story
