This was really really interesting and good
What I loved: - the representation (African American, Korean American, Indigineous American, Russian American, deaf, asexual, bisexual, lesbian) - the whole dark adaptation of Peter Pan, like seriously, I'm not even that familiar with Peter Pan but I just loved how the characters and the story were adapted in the contemporary Chicago setting - the depiction of manipulation - so good (and dark) - the portrayal of consent, found family, and solidarity - the poetic writing style (why did I take me so long to read this book after "The Wicker King" since I know that K. Ancrum can write??) - the whole atmosphere What I did not like that much: - the ending - it felt a bit rushed and some aspects did not feel very logical (the overall ending did, don't worry)
