Ellen Hendriksen writes as if she is talking to you in your living room. A very humbled and inspirational way of writing. The book does not tell you what to do to be a better person. But how to gain confidence in being you. You should not expect „how to be yourself“ to change you, but to give you good advices so you can start to fight your social anxious situations. The only negative point is that towards the end the content started to be repetitive.
