Interesting topic but bad execution. So repetitive! The examples are good at the beginning, but it’s just too much. Could be a 50 pages book. By reading a summary of this book you would probably have the same result. Also everything is based on traumatic events in your parents or grandparents past. Sometimes you see behaviours in them without them experiencing any of those big traumatic events. I prefer the book „tiny traumas“ much more!! But you can skip this one.

Honestly don’t waste your money on this. It had really nice exercises and the DNA part in the beginning was really cool but the rest…. BORING!!! I skipped through most and read the chapters that spoke to me. And then kept skipping. It just didn’t talk about the facts I wanted it to talk about and it’s not for me. Yeah.
