I had to give this book such a high rating because, OMG, it was sooo hot! This author truly knows how to write smut! The strong hint of exhibitionism and kink, combined with compelling character and relationship development, worked incredibly well. The relationship arc was very smooth, experiencing only brief emotional turmoil and initial insecure tension. I appreciated how both characters handled these challenges, especially the improvement in their communication toward the end. Nate, who was closeted, quickly embraced his feelings, while Eric's panic moments-where he felt undeserving and pulled away-perfectly suited his character. The storyline was tightly focused on them, providing ample and well-executed content. The smut itself was highly varied and diverse. The intense tension in their interactions was palpable ... the first kiss for example was so detailed you could feel their emotions. The constant variety in the locations ... office, library, woods ... made every scene felt unique and non-repetitive. With Eric as the absolute Dom and Nate as the born Sub, their dynamic was simply sooo perfect!

Eric walks in on Nate, his house-mate on campus. Instead of feeling embarrassed or repulsed Nate would like to recreate this moment. A quicker re-read to remember the characters before continuing with the series. And after reading lots of crime lately I apparently forgot that this book is basically porn with a bit of dialogue around it. 🤣

Ein wirklich sehr sehr 🔥und richtig schön geschriebenes Buch. Also zu sagen, dass Buch hat eine tiefgründige, dramatische Geschichte, wäre sehr weit hergeholt. Es ist ganz einfach, eine Liebesgeschichte zwischen Eric & Nate, die gemeinsam in einer WG am Campus der Uni leben, und sich näher kommen als beide erwartet hätten und sich dabei verlieben. Es gibt eine Menge Sex, hauptsächlich sehr lange Szenen mit viel Edging. Aber trotzdem bleibt der Plott toll und der Schreibstil gefällt mir auch sehr. Wenn’s dir beim lesen gern etwas warm werden darf, bitte sehr, ganz große Empfehlung. Wenn du die heißen Szenen gerne überliest, lass es direkt sein, dann bleibt nicht mehr viel zum lesen übrig 😉. Ich mochte es sehr, und empfehle es daher auch gern weiter.

I didn't expect to like it that much, but it was really great! It's a simple story about two roommates (Nate & Eric) who start hooking up after one caught the other jacking off. At first, just as an experiment, but of course, they catch feelings. It's really spicy, and especially in the beginning, you can tell that it was meant as an extra for newsletter subscribers that the author send out in episodes, but later on, the story gets more complex. Though it's still really focused on the smut, which I didn't mind because that was some immaculate smut, omg 👀 The scenes were long and detailed (as Nate said "Is there ever going to be something like a quicky between us?" xD). They also have a kink for doing it in public, which leads to some hot and funny scenes (but those poor books in the library 😭). Am I the only one who always has to think about how they never wash their hands after. Like I just read in detail about where they touched and what fluids were involved, and then they just go on about their day, touching door handles, shaking hands... please wash them! 😭 I guess this is just a pet peeve I have with spicy novels in general. Not that it influences my enjoyment of them, but I always notice and needed to mention it because this one was especially... juicy 😂 Well, idk what else to say. It was kinda perfect for what it was. Nothing deep, but really nice smut, and the love story (their dynamic ❤️) was also great. Also, I think the first book I read mentioning the term heteroflexibility, which is also nice. I will definitely read more from this author, mainly the rest of this series. It continues with other couples around the college. I think the next one is about Mark.
