I randomly picked this book up at my university’s library cause I liked the cover. It’s the first novel I read that was written by a poet and wow. I couldn’t identify with the content but it was written so beautifully, that I couldn’t have stopped, even if I had wanted to. Even though I didn't see anything of myself or my life in this book, it still resonated with me at times and I think that's a beautiful thing.
